At €2,800, the obvious alternative is paying considerably more for a new equivalent, but this listing is also almost exactly in line with the used-market median of €2,808. It is therefore a fair price rather than a bargain: comfortably above the €1,865 25th-percentile figure, yet nowhere near the €12,660 upper quartile. For an excellent example, the number is defensible, though there is little room for negotiation if condition is accurately represented.
The Pearl Sub is a serious, unusually capable piece: its 25 cm HELD driver, 1,000 W RMS bass amplification, deep 14 Hz–180 Hz response, and extensive network, optical, RCA, and Bluetooth connectivity make it far more than a basic bass box. Its DSP, room-calibration system, and ability to integrate with Cabasse satellites add genuine practical value. At this price, verify the app and wireless functions, remote, calibration microphone, and clean amplifier operation before buying.
