Recent comparable listings put the TDAI-3400 at a €4,233 median, with €3,737 marking the 25th percentile and €5,043 the 75th. At €5,250, this is therefore an ambitious ask rather than a bargain—slightly above the upper quartile. It would need unusually strong provenance, extras, or the latest upgrade modules to justify the premium.
It remains a highly capable one-box amplifier: powerful enough for demanding speakers, with excellent digital connectivity, streaming, bass management, and Lyngdorf’s genuinely useful RoomPerfect correction. The latter can materially improve bass integration and imaging in a real room, while the modular design adds flexibility. Check that the RoomPerfect microphone, stand, remote, and any advertised HDMI or analogue modules are included and working. At this price, complete accessories and clean, original-owner condition matter; otherwise, negotiating toward roughly €4,500–€4,900 would make the proposition more compelling.
