Against the recent AUD comparables you gave me, this asking price of A$2,300 sits well above the A$1,951 75th percentile and far over the A$1,601 median, so it reads as ambitious rather than fair. It’s not automatically out of bounds for a clean pair, but on pure used-market value there isn’t much cushion here unless the local market is thin or the listing includes something extra.
That said, this is a respected full-range tower with a big, easygoing presentation, solid bass for the category, and enough scale to make sense in medium-to-larger rooms. A like_new example is the right kind of condition to chase for speakers, and if they’re genuinely spotless, from an original owner, with grilles and packaging, that helps. I’d still want the seller to justify the premium with provenance and complete accessories before treating it as a serious buy.
