Telos Audio Design Telos Audio Design GNR Grounding Block V.5.1 plus 6+2 Goldkabel OVP

Telos Audio Design, a boutique hi-fi brand from Taipei, Taiwan, traces its origins to the mid-2010s when founder and chief designer Jeff Lin debuted his innovative concepts at the Munich High End Audio Show in 2014. Lin, an audiophile engineer passionate about tackling subtle yet pervasive issues in high-end systems, established the company to push boundaries in noise management and system optimization. Drawing from meticulous craftsmanship and a focus on electrical purity, Telos quickly garnered attention among discerning listeners seeking refined performance without conventional overhauls.

The brand specializes in niche accessories that address grounding noise, power distribution, and signal integrity—most notably the Grounding Noise Reducer (GNR) and related products employing precious metals for superior conductivity and shielding. Rather than amplifiers, speakers, or source components, Telos targets the foundational elements of audio chains, including custom cables and isolation devices that minimize electromagnetic interference and enhance clarity across digital and analog setups.

Positioned as a high-end niche player, Telos Audio Design enjoys a cult following among serious hi-fi enthusiasts and system tweakers who value incremental, science-backed upgrades. Its products command premium prices, reflecting artisanal build quality and measurable improvements in blacker backgrounds and dynamic precision, making it a go-to for boutique refinement in competitive markets like the US, where distributors such as The Cable Co. have elevated its profile.
