Offered is „ID6“ by Cayin as new device from the category „Digital Streamer“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 1341339070 ends on 03.12.2026 at 11:05 o'clock.
At €2,500, the obvious alternative is buying separate streamer, DAC, preamp, and headphone amp boxes; against the used market, this listing is exactly fair rather than a bargain. It matches the €2,500 median from 23 comparables, sitting well above the €1,683 25th percentile but comfortably below the €3,934 upper quartile.
The appeal is real: the ID6 combines those functions neatly, with a substantial balanced headphone stage, tube or solid-state voicing, broad digital connectivity, and both RCA and XLR outputs. Its dual-DAC design, streaming capability, and high-resolution support make it a particularly flexible system-builder rather than merely a desktop amp. At this price, condition, original packaging, remote, and confirmation that the touchscreen, streaming software, tube stage, and outputs all work properly matter; with those present, it is a sensible buy for someone wanting one capable digital hub.
