Offered is „FOR SALE superb amplifier PATHOS INPOL REMIX“ by Pathos Acoustics as exhibit from the category „Amplifier (incl. Surround)“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 4325558379 ends on 05.12.2026 at 18:16 o'clock.
Timing matters only insofar as you should confirm whether this is the original InPol 2 or later MkII, since both circulate and the MkII remains the current-generation design. At €3,500, though, it is an excellent buy: that is below the €3,560 25th-percentile comparable and comfortably under the €3,792 median, making this a genuine bargain if the stated good condition is accurate.
The InPol 2 is a distinctive hybrid, combining valve character with solid-state drive in a pure Class A, zero-feedback, balanced dual-mono layout. Its 45-watt output is not huge, but it is known for an involving, spacious presentation and strong musical colour, while the robust 38 kg chassis inspires confidence. Confirm the exact version, remote, valve condition, and that both channels are quiet and balanced; otherwise, this is unusually attractive pricing for a well-regarded, relatively uncommon amplifier.

Pathos Acoustics emerged in 1994 from Vicenza, Italy, when three engineering pioneers—Gaetano Zanini, Gianni Borinato, and Paolo Andriolo—united around Borinato's revolutionary amplifier circuit idea. Born from a serendipitous collaboration in the architecturally rich northeastern city, the brand crystallized to champion InPoL technology, a patented Linear Pump Follower system that Pathos has refined into a cornerstone of its identity. Handcrafted in their Vicenza factory, every component reflects Italy's legacy of precision artistry fused with sonic innovation.
The company specializes in high-end hybrid amplifiers, blending vacuum tube warmth with solid-state control for integrated and preamp solutions like the acclaimed InPoL Heritage MkII. This pure Class A, fully balanced design emphasizes dynamic range, low distortion, and emotional depth, often incorporating tube input stages for analog richness. While amplifiers define their core, Pathos extends to preamplifiers, maintaining a focused portfolio that prioritizes proprietary tech over broad categories like speakers or sources.
Positioned as a boutique high-end marque, Pathos commands respect among discerning audiophiles for heirloom-quality builds and visceral sound that transcends mere fidelity. Its Italian craftsmanship and award-winning InPoL heritage elevate it beyond mid-tier competitors, appealing to buyers seeking sculptural masterpieces that deliver tube-like soul with modern slam in dedicated listening setups.
