Teufel M80 Lautsprecher
Abzuholen in Kamen (NRW)
This is a buyer’s market at €65. Even without a model number, the price is notably below the comparable-market 25th percentile of €82 and far below the €169 median, making it a strong deal if the listing is for a complete, functioning speaker rather than a damaged or incomplete unit. The generic description makes exact benchmarking difficult, but the numbers clearly favour the buyer.
Teufel speakers are generally well regarded for solid build, punchy bass, and good value, particularly in stereo and home-cinema systems. Before committing, confirm the exact model, whether this is one speaker or a stereo pair, and test every driver at moderate volume for distortion, rattling, or imbalance. Check for the original grille, terminals, stands or spikes where applicable, and any powered-speaker electronics. At €65, a clean, working unit with those details confirmed is worth pursuing.

Teufel is a German audio brand with roots in Berlin, where it was founded in 1979 by Carl Teufel. Emerging during the heyday of home hi-fi enthusiasm, the company built its heritage on engineering-driven innovation, initially focusing on custom speaker designs that prioritized precision and dynamic sound reproduction for discerning listeners.
The brand excels in active speakers and soundbars, alongside wireless multi-room systems, headphones, and portable Bluetooth options. While not delving into amplifiers, turntables, DACs, or cables, Teufel emphasizes integrated solutions with built-in amplification and app-controlled streaming, catering to modern home entertainment setups.
Positioned as a mid-tier contender with premium aspirations, Teufel enjoys a strong reputation in Europe for delivering high-value performance—bold bass, spacious imaging, and robust build quality—that punches above its price point. It appeals to knowledgeable buyers seeking reliable, stylish hi-fi without ultra-high-end excess, holding a solid niche in the competitive consumer audio market.
