Recent comparables put the median at £128, with the upper quartile at £143, so £146 is only slightly ambitious; I’d call it fair if it is genuinely excellent, complete, and ready to use, but otherwise closer to £120–£135 would be more compelling.
The L50 remains a strong little amplifier: its NFCA design delivers a very quiet background, vanishingly low output impedance, three gain settings, and ample power for both sensitive IEMs and demanding headphones.
