Offered is „CDC“ by Nagra Professional as second-hand device from the category „CD Player“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 8556613102 ends on 13.12.2026 at 18:44 o'clock.
Nagra’s CDC is the most complete player in its range, combining a serious transport and DAC with volume control and a headphone amplifier. At €9,500, this looks like a strong deal: it sits below the €10,219 median for comparable listings and well above the €4,873 lower quartile, so it is not a bargain-basement price, but it is comfortably fair and attractive for a good example.
The appeal is versatility as much as sound: the CDC can feed a power amplifier directly, offers balanced and unbalanced analogue outputs, and includes AES, coaxial, and optical digital outputs. Its polished, open presentation, substantial aluminium construction, and distinctive Nagra styling add genuine ownership appeal. Confirm that the matching external power supply and remote are included, and check transport operation, display, and output controls; otherwise, at this price, a clean, fully working CDC deserves serious consideration.

Nagra traces its origins to 1951, when Polish engineer Stefan Kudelski, then a 22-year-old student fleeing to Switzerland, invented the Nagra I—a groundbreaking miniature audio recorder whose name derives from the Polish word for “will record.” This portable marvel quickly gained traction in radio, cinema, and music, with the Nagra II and III models in the mid- to late 1950s revolutionizing professional sound capture. Honored with Oscars in 1978 and 1991, the brand built a legacy of Swiss precision engineering under the Kudelski family, spinning off into Audio Technology Switzerland SA in 2012 while upholding over 70 years of analog excellence from its Lake Geneva facility in Romanel.
Today, Nagra focuses on high-end hi-fi equipment alongside its professional audio recorders and security devices, offering meticulously crafted components like amplifiers, preamplifiers, CD players, DACs, and their pioneering turntable and tonearm system. Rooted in analog mastery, these products emphasize flawless sound reproduction, blending heritage tape technology with modern digital interfaces for audiophiles seeking uncompromised fidelity.
Nagra commands a revered position in the ultra-high-end market, synonymous with boutique luxury and technical supremacy for discerning buyers. Its gear appeals to collectors and professionals alike, prized for durability in high-stakes environments—from film sets to critical listening rooms—where Swiss craftsmanship delivers warmth, low noise, and precision that few rivals match.
