Are you looking for a simple way to switch between two amplifiers or two speaker pairs? At €70, this is a strong deal: it sits exactly at the database’s 25th-percentile mark, well below the €102 median and comfortably under the €112 upper quartile. For an excellent-condition example with the original packaging, that is attractive used-market value rather than merely fair pricing.
The AMP-S is a practical, transparent bit of system furniture rather than a sonic upgrade. It lets one amplifier drive either of two speaker pairs, or lets two amplifiers share one speaker pair, with a proper zero/off position; its rated switching capacity is 200 W per channel. That makes it especially useful for comparing speakers or integrating stereo and surround amplification. Check that both selector switches feel positive and every terminal grips securely, but with the stated condition and OVP, this looks like a worthwhile buy for anyone who needs the functionality.
Independent perspective — not a price guarantee. Always verify condition, accessories and provenance before purchase.
Dynavox is a German hi-fi brand, best understood as a house label rather than a long-established audio maker with a clearly documented founder story. The brand is distributed by Sintron in Germany, and the available material does not make its origin date or any notable founder especially clear, so its heritage is somewhat opaque compared with classic legacy hi-fi names.
Its product range is broad and accessory-heavy: Dynavox is associated with amplifiers, analog/digital converters, record-player accessories, speaker-related products, cables, and other hi-fi add-ons. The brand’s own positioning emphasizes “great variety” across hi-fi categories, suggesting a practical, system-building approach rather than a narrow specialist focus.
In the market, Dynavox sits in the accessible to mid-tier end of hi-fi rather than the true high-end. It appeals to buyers who want functional, affordable upgrades and a wide catalogue of components, especially for turntable and stereo system support. The brand has a niche, value-oriented reputation: useful for enthusiasts, but not usually framed as a prestige or collector marque.
