Offered is „MA.1-V2“ by Meitner Audio as second-hand device from the category „D/A Converter“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 2780111165 ends on 16.12.2026 at 11:40 o'clock.
Are you looking for a genuinely high-end DAC rather than the newest feature set? At €3,900, this looks like a fair-to-good buy for a clean MA-1 V2, though not an obvious bargain without stronger evidence of unusually low mileage or complete accessories. It remains meaningfully more desirable than the original version, thanks to the MDAT2 platform and Meitner’s excellent digital processing.
The appeal is its polished, natural presentation, superb timing, strong noise control, and unusually broad connectivity: AES, coaxial, optical, USB, balanced XLR, and RCA are all covered. It also handles DSD and high-resolution PCM, while the universal-voltage supply suits mixed systems. Check that the remote, original packaging, and all inputs function, but assuming good condition and provenance, €3,900 is defensible and could be a worthwhile opportunity for someone wanting serious digital without chasing current-model pricing.
Independent perspective — not a price guarantee. Always verify condition, accessories and provenance before purchase.
