Offered is „Z-100 High-End Stereo-Endstufe Top-Zustand mit ovp -Versand aus Deutschland“ by Lector Strumenti Audio from the category „Transistor-Poweramp“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 544593176 ends on 16.12.2026 at 18:17 o'clock.
Are you looking for a serious bargain in a capable stereo power amplifier? At €600, this Z-100 sits well below the €1,242 25th-percentile price from 14 comparable used listings, making it an unambiguous strong deal rather than merely fair value. The box and reported good condition only reinforce that positioning, assuming the unit is fully functional.
The Z-100 is a well-regarded Italian design with a substantial power supply, roughly 2 × 100 W into 8 ohms and useful current delivery into tougher speakers. Its character is typically praised for combining firm, controlled bass with an unusually natural, fluid and dimensional presentation for a solid-state amplifier. For someone pairing it with a good preamp—or wanting a musical, unfussy partner for demanding loudspeakers—this looks like an excellent buying opportunity. Verify both channels, hum, input connectors and included packaging before paying.

Lector Audio is an Italian manufacturer based in Lombardy that has been pioneering hybrid tube technology since 1982. The company represents a distinctly European approach to high-end audio design, combining vacuum tube circuits with solid-state components in ways that go beyond simple topology—their tube stages are fully integrated designs rather than afterthoughts bolted onto conventional transistor outputs. This commitment to thoughtful engineering has established Lector as a serious player in the boutique audio market.
The brand specializes in tube-based CD players, tube preamplifiers, phono preamps, hybrid power amplifiers, and digital-to-analog converters. Their CD player lineup, including models like the CDP-707 and CDP-603, has earned recognition among discerning collectors and audiophiles. Lector distinguishes itself through proprietary circuit development, including custom S/PDIF reconstruction technology and USB-to-S/PDIF conversion boards designed in-house rather than relying on off-the-shelf solutions.
Lector occupies the high-end boutique segment, appealing to experienced listeners who value meticulous craftsmanship and sonic musicality over mass-market accessibility. The company's relatively low production volume, Italian heritage, and focus on tube-hybrid designs position it as a niche manufacturer for collectors and enthusiasts seeking alternatives to larger audio corporations. Their reputation centers on balanced, dynamic sound reproduction and the kind of devoted engineering that has become increasingly rare in modern audio manufacturing.
