Offered is „XRT2K“ by McIntosh as exhibit from the category „Standing Speaker“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 6400287847 ends on 18.12.2026 at 21:35 o'clock.
The XRT2K is an unusually ambitious, now-discontinued line-array loudspeaker, and EUR 59,000 looks like a strong buy rather than merely a fair price. Its original pair pricing was around EUR 116,000, while this asking figure is also consistent with a current European listing described as mint, suggesting meaningful depreciation without entering bargain-basement territory.
What makes it special is the huge, effortless presentation: six 12-inch woofers, 64 midrange drivers, and 40 tweeters per speaker deliver exceptional scale, dynamics, wide dispersion, and deep bass. The sealed aluminium cabinets are comparatively placement-friendly, and the 89dB sensitivity means it does not require absurd amplifier power, despite its 2,000-watt handling. At this money, verify that both complete columns are included, every driver functions, the crossover/bi-wiring hardware is present, and transport access is realistic—the speakers weigh roughly 205kg each.
