Offered is „Neotech NEVD -2001 coaxial cable“ by Neotech as second-hand device from the category „Cinch Cable (Digital)“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 8566239582 ends on 19.12.2026 at 19:19 o'clock.
The NEVD-2001 is a serious 75-ohm digital coax, notable for its pure-silver conductor, substantial shielding, and proper RCA termination rather than being an ordinary generic interconnect. At €120, this is a strong deal: it sits well below the €224 25th-percentile figure from 16 comparable listings, and is comfortably under the €292 median.
Its design is aimed at low-loss S/PDIF transmission, with wide bandwidth and good rejection of interference; it is also suitable for digital video. That makes it a worthwhile upgrade where a quality DAC and transport justify it, although the cable cannot transform a poorly matched system. Assuming the connectors are clean, the cable is the stated length, and it has been tested for reliable lock, this looks like an excellent buying opportunity rather than merely a fair price.

Neotech traces its origins to Taiwan, where it emerged as the consumer audio brand of parent company Wan Lung Electric. Specializing initially in supplying raw cable materials to OEMs, Neotech transitioned into manufacturing its own high-performance lines, leveraging patented UP-OCC (Ultra Pure Ohno Continuous Cast) technology—one of only three global licenses for this superior copper and silver metallurgy developed by Professor Ohno. This heritage emphasizes unidirectional conductors with 99.99998% purity, minimizing crystal boundaries and electrical resistance for audiophile-grade signal transmission.
The brand focuses exclusively on cables, offering a comprehensive range including speaker, interconnect, digital, USB, power, and video variants. Signature series like NES, NEI-3001, and Amazon employ sophisticated insulators and construction techniques, with options in copper and silver conductors. Neotech does not produce amplifiers, speakers, DACs, turntables, or headphones, positioning itself as a pure-play cable specialist that also crafts components like gold-plated IEC connectors.
In the hi-fi market, Neotech occupies a strong mid-to-high-end niche, renowned for delivering exceptional value through profound musicality, clarity, and soundstaging at accessible prices. Praised in reviews for outperforming pricier rivals, it supplies wire to prominent audiophile brands while building a loyal following among discerning buyers seeking game-changing performance without boutique premiums.
