At €4,990, this is a fair price, though slightly above the recent comparable median of €4,865 and just over the €4,927 75th percentile. It is not a bargain, but “good” condition keeps the ask defensible if the listing is complete and accurately described.
The MA6700 remains a highly capable one-box solution: 200 watts per channel, McIntosh Autoformers for consistent delivery into 2-, 4-, or 8-ohm speakers, plus useful MM/MC phono, USB and digital inputs, Power Guard, and a strong headphone stage. Its combination of drive, flexibility, and distinctive build makes it especially appealing for a serious system that values convenience without giving up amplifier authority.
