Seller's Description

Hallo!

Our Thoughts RADAR AI

Are you getting a pair for €150, or just one speaker? For a pair in excellent condition, that is slightly above the recent used-market median of €126 and above the €138 75th percentile, so it looks ambitious rather than an obvious bargain. If €150 is for a single cabinet, it is poor value; confirm the listing’s quantity before proceeding.

The nuBox 310 remains a very capable compact two-way: lively, dynamic, clear through the midrange and treble, with unusually serious build and crossover work for its size. It suits desktop, nearfield and smaller-room systems particularly well, though its modest low-end reach benefits from a subwoofer if you want real bass weight. At this price, excellent cosmetics, original grilles and terminals, matched serials, and fully working tweeters matter; otherwise, negotiating toward €126–€138 would be sensible.

Independent perspective — not a price guarantee. Always verify condition, accessories and provenance before purchase.

About Nubert

Nubert electronic GmbH traces its roots to a garage in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany, where Günther Nubert began crafting loudspeakers to his exacting standards in the early 1970s. On January 10, 1975, he formally founded the company, marking the birth of a brand synonymous with honest, uncolored audio reproduction. What started as a passion project quickly evolved into a nationwide phenomenon, fueled by word-of-mouth praise and the debut of iconic models like the 388, 471, 551, and the distinctive omnidirectional nuPyramide. Still under Günther Nubert's leadership as owner and chief developer, the company has maintained family-run independence for over 50 years.

Nubert's product lineup centers on loudspeakers, from passive floorstanders and bookshelves in series like Numero to active systems and powerful soundbars that punch above their weight in home theater performance. Since introducing its first in-house amplifier in 2005, the brand has expanded into integrated electronics, emphasizing neutral signal fidelity across music and film playback. While not venturing into turntables, DACs, headphones, or cables, Nubert prioritizes direct-sales models that deliver high-value engineering without retail markups.

Renowned as a pioneer of Germany's direct-to-consumer hi-fi model since 1995—which drove 40% annual growth amid a shrinking market—Nubert occupies a solid mid-to-high-tier position. Selling around 15,000 pairs yearly at its peak, it appeals to discerning buyers seeking robust, made-in-Germany performance over flashy aesthetics, earning a loyal following for transparent sound that lets source material shine unaltered.
