ARIES CERAT DAC ITAKA Ianus Séries

Aries Cerat emerged from Cyprus in 2010, founded by Stavros Danos, a visionary designer who challenged conventional hi-fi norms with bold innovations. Born from an initial focus on speakers and electronics developed as lab tools, the brand quickly evolved into a force in high-end audio, drawing inspiration from the island's heritage—its logo evoking the horns of the Cypriot buffalo, symbolizing raw power and unyielding drive.

The company's product lineup centers on uncompromising tube-based electronics and horn-loaded speakers, including preamplifiers like the Incito S and Impera, single-stage SE power amplifiers, R2R DACs with tube outputs, and phono stages. Standouts encompass the massive Contendo and Symphonia horn systems, alongside the no-compromise Legend series of DACs, preamps, and amplifiers, blending radical topologies such as TriodeFet circlotrons for unparalleled dynamics and purity.

Positioned firmly in the ultra-high-end boutique realm, Aries Cerat commands reverence among discerning audiophiles for its boundary-pushing performance, earning acclaim at shows like Munich High End and AXPONA. Reviewers praise its equipment for solid-state-like bass authority and explosive dynamics in preamps, while factory tours reveal a relentless pursuit of sonic extremes, making it a top choice for those seeking reference-level reproduction beyond the ordinary.
