MiniDSP SHD Studio Digital Signal Processor Approaching 4 years old and has the latest firmware installed as of a couple of weeks ago. Comes with original packaging. This does not come with a UMIK-X. I've never used the IR remote other than to program it into my universal. Despite that, the remote control has a mark on it and the battery panel on the back comes off easily which can be remedied with sticky tape.
