At A$480, this is above the typical used level I’d expect from recent listings, which cluster closer to the low-A$300s to around A$400 once converted into AUD; that makes the asking price a bit ambitious unless the driver is exceptionally clean or recently serviced.
The upside is that a good 2225H can be an easy, satisfying fit for a classic JBL system: it’s a respected 15-inch low-frequency driver with plenty of scale and authority. I’d want proof of an original cone, healthy voice coil, and no rubbing or recone surprises before paying top dollar, because condition matters a lot on these. If it’s genuinely original and fully functioning, it’s still a worthwhile piece — just not an obvious bargain at A$480.
