Musical Fidelity A220 Class A Integrated Amplifier I purchased this amp from LWA last month, it was inspected by Len's technicians before sale and is in excellent condition. I love the sound but for practical reasons it needs to do double duties with the television and my family complained about the lack of remote. LWA packed it very securely but it is not the original packaging so local pickup is preferred. Auditions welcome. At A$900, this sits a touch above the A$540-ish typical used value noted by long-time owners, but it’s still close enough to be a reasonable buy if the condition really is clean and the amp is fully healthy. Compared with its original A$1,000 asking in the listing, the current price is not a bargain-bin score, but it isn’t out of line for a well-kept example of a sought-after class-A integrated.

At this age, though, I’d want confirmation of quiet operation, no overheating issues, and evidence the controls and inputs are all behaving properly.
