That makes this asking price well beyond ambitious for a used buy, unless there’s some exceptional bundle or warranty coverage not mentioned here.

If the seller truly includes full packaging, original accessories, and solid proof of condition, the appeal is convenience and simplicity rather than value — but at this level, I’d only bite if you specifically want the Naim experience and are comparing against buying new.
