Unless the unit is exceptionally clean, fully tested, and bundled with genuinely useful extras, it does not look like an easy buy at this ask.
That said, this receiver is a solid mid-era Pioneer for a buyer who wants straightforward home-theater capability, lots of inputs, and an easy setup path with cables and accessories included. If it’s been lightly used, powers up properly, and the included accessories are complete, the package has practical upside—but the age of the platform means you should verify all channels, HDMI switching, and remote/functionality before paying a premium.
