This is a 1st Gen. Rotel Dolby Surround Processor from 1995. It still has the original box and packaging with remote and manual; given the box condition, it's no surprise the unit itself is in flawless condition. Rotel, known for high build quality and ease of use, produced a nice line of home theater gear, including this processor.
