With its warm rich vacuum-tube sound the McIntosh MR67 FM Stereo Tuner is a real collectors item. It was manufactured between 1963 and 1969, making it a classic piece of 1960s high-fidelity equipment. Only 6,507 units were reportedly made, making this one a somewhat rare find. The MR67 is very well regarded among vintage-audio collectors, not just for its build quality, but also for its tonal character - its audio response is very "flat and clean". The MR67 is also quite good at locking onto weaker FM signals compared to more primitive tuners. (Please note the MR67 is FM only.)This particular MR67 powers up and picks up FM stations.
