Single-owner iconic 2-way ported BBC monitors with a magical midrange. Successor to the very popular monitor 1’s and improve upon that already outstanding sounding model in every way. These are extremely hard to find in the US and have a refined sound with dynamic imaging. Tone wise they shine with their emphasis on midrange resolution, a hallmark of Rogers. Can be biwired or biamped if desired.If you aren’t sure what classic BBC monitors sounds like, a fair amount of literature is available on the internet. As per photos these are in good condition but I’m noting the following out of an abundance of caution:One of the Celestion tweeters has a tiny dent or crease only visible from certain angles (cosmetic only—does not impact sound).One speaker has a water ring on the top of the cab from a house plant. The high quality veneer is intact and this can be easily touched up. For local pickup (preferred) I will include matching stands on casters. Shipping will be $175 domestic US only.
