A KEF Kube 1 is a compact, older KEF sub with a good reputation, but US$366 is ambitious for the used market. Recent asking prices cluster around roughly US$120–US$200 for working examples, with even stronger-condition listings typically landing below US$250; at US$366, this is well above the usual range and only makes sense if it’s exceptionally clean, fully verified, and includes the right accessories.
What makes it worth considering is the KEF tuning: it’s a neat, musical little sub that can add clean, controlled bass to a modest stereo or small-room setup without feeling bloated. If the amplifier is quiet, the driver is original, and it comes from a careful owner with proof it’s been tested, that helps. But at this price I’d want confirmation of flawless operation, because age-related amp issues are the main thing that can turn a nice older sub into an expensive project.
