V-MODA is an American audio brand founded in 2004 in Los Angeles, California, by Val Kolton, a DJ and producer who wanted headphones that blended serious sound with fashion-forward design. That origin still defines the company: it was built around personal audio rather than traditional hi-fi separates, and later became part of Roland after Roland bought a majority stake in 2016.

The brand is best known for headphones, especially DJ and consumer models such as the Crossfade line, along with bluetooth headphones, earplugs, gaming headsets, speakers, and accessories.
