Offered is „Aluminata Reference highend audio speaker cables 5,5 metre“ by JPS Labs as second-hand device from the category „Speaker Cable“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 8908524523 ends on 16.11.2026 at 06:12 o'clock.
This is a buyer’s market, but this listing is still priced above the recent used-comparable median of €5,952 and even above the €6,943 75th percentile, so €7,999 reads as ambitious rather than fair value. With only two recent EUR comparables, that doesn’t make it absurdly out of line, but it does mean you should expect either exceptional condition, a hard-to-find variant, or meaningful extras to justify the premium.
The upside here is the pedigree: this is one of JPS Labs’ best-known reference-level cables, valued for a very open, highly resolving presentation with serious scale and low-level detail. In good condition, it can be a smart long-term buy if the exact length, termination, and included accessories match your system needs, but at this price I’d want strong evidence of completeness and a clear reason it deserves to sit above the top of the current comparable range.

Based in Buffalo, New York, the company has celebrated over three decades of craftsmanship, marking its 33rd year in 2023 while maintaining a commitment to American manufacturing. Skubinski's vision transformed modest beginnings into a specialized operation, emphasizing proprietary materials and meticulous design from the ground up.
