This excellent turntable comes complete with nvc tt solstice phono stage and the npx tt solstice power supply, along with the naim aro tonearm, and equinox mc cartridge makes for a complete analogue front end package. Limited to just 500 units this was a limited edition release from naim and has everything required to get you up and running easily. Comes with all original packaging and accessories.
Against the obvious alternative of buying a mainstream phono stage at this money, this asks £7,495, which is essentially bang on the market: just under the £7,500 median and right between the £7,483 25th percentile and £7,516 75th percentile. That makes it a fair buy rather than a bargain, but still well-anchored to recent GBP comparables.
The appeal here is straightforward: this is a reference-level part of a very limited high-end package, and the phono stage is a key reason the Solstice system has the reputation it does. In excellent condition, it should interest buyers who want the matching front end and are happy paying for completeness, pedigree, and rarity rather than chasing a cheaper standalone stage. If the box, PSU, and accessories are all present, that strengthens the case materially.

Naim Audio, a cornerstone of British hi-fi excellence, traces its origins to 1973 when Julian Vereker, a self-taught engineer, racing driver, and music enthusiast, formally incorporated the company in Salisbury, Wiltshire. Vereker's journey began earlier, in 1969, experimenting with tape recording and sound-to-light boxes before designing his first power amplifier in 1971. Amid the British hi-fi industry's recession, he secured a pivotal contract with Capital Radio, blending entrepreneurial grit with a passion for authentic sound reproduction that challenged conventional wisdom.
The brand specializes in premium integrated amplifiers, power amplifiers, preamplifiers, digital streamers, DACs, and compact music systems, often featuring built-in amplification for streamlined setups. While not delving into speakers—beyond a historical foray—or headphones and turntables, Naim emphasizes modular, upgradable components that prioritize pace, rhythm, and timing (PRaT), a signature sonic philosophy rooted in the "source first" approach alongside contemporaries like Linn.
Naim holds a commanding position in the high-end market, revered by discerning audiophiles for its handmade, innovative systems that deliver emotional musical engagement over mere specifications. Now part of VerVent Audio Group following a 2011 merger with Focal, it exports to over 45 countries, sustaining a cult following for resilient, influential designs that transcend economic cycles.
