High end grounding componentContains three individual ground plains
A notably premium passive conditioner, but the price is stretched against the recent GBP comp set. At £2,290, it sits well above the £1,563 75th percentile and is about £1,100 over the £1,192 median, so this is clearly an ambitious ask rather than a fair-market buy.
That said, Entreq pieces are respected for their system-level noise reduction and can be genuinely transformative in a revealing setup, especially in a clean excellent example. If it’s complete, original, and from a careful owner, the upside is real — but at this level I’d want confirmation of condition, completeness, and exactly what’s included before paying up.
Independent perspective — not a price guarantee. Always verify condition, accessories and provenance before purchase.
Entreq, a Swedish hi-fi innovator, traces its roots to 1999 when founder Per-Olof Friberg—a former farmer with a deep passion for music—began crafting solutions to elevate audio purity. From his rural background, Friberg evolved into a specialist designer, blending natural materials and audio alchemy to pioneer noise reduction techniques. Handmade at their Swedish facility since 2002, the brand embodies a commitment to uncompromised performance, drawing on two decades of boundary-pushing development.
The company focuses on niche accessories that transform energy in audio systems, slashing noise floors for more natural sound reproduction. Entreq is renowned for groundbreaking ground boxes, the original audio USB and network cables, DC power solutions, and specialized switches—innovations now emulated by others. Absent from mainstream categories like amplifiers or speakers, their lineup targets system optimization through unique connective processes and materials.
Positioned as a high-end boutique force, Entreq commands respect among discerning audiophiles for its distinctive, performance-driven ethos. Skepticism once greeted their grounding principles, but widespread adoption affirms their elite status in the ultra-premium market, where every component prioritizes unforced musical flow over convention.
