For a used DL-303, that is not a fair-market anchor on the evidence here; without strong provenance, clean stylus condition, and original packaging or service history, the price is hard to justify.
What makes a DL-303 worth chasing is its reputation as a classic Denon moving-coil with the sort of fast, refined, low-compliance presentation that rewards a proper arm and setup. If the seller can prove low hours, original cantilever/stylus condition, and include the box, guard, and paperwork, that’s the kind of vintage cartridge collectors pay up for; otherwise, I’d treat this as a premium ask rather than a buy-now opportunity.
