Offered is „CD 10“ by Goldnote as new device from the category „CD Player“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 5009501651 ends on 28.12.2026 at 06:16 o'clock.
Against the recent EUR comparables, €2,080 is well above the €1,458 75th percentile and far over the €1,224 median, so this asks a strong premium for the market. I’d call it ambitious, not a fair-value listing, unless there’s unusually strong provenance or a standout package that isn’t obvious from the ad.
That said, the appeal of this player is its polished, audiophile-leaning presentation and the fact that Gold Note gear is generally bought by people who want a refined, modern-sounding CD source rather than a basic transport. If the unit is clean, fully working, and includes the original remote, box, and paperwork, that helps; otherwise, at this price, buyers should be patient and compare against cleaner examples closer to the middle of the market.

Gold Note traces its roots to Florence, Tuscany, where Maurizio Aterini founded the company in 2012 after decades in high-end audio design. Building on his earlier ventures—starting with the 1992 Bluenote studio that crafted innovative tonearms like the enduring B-5—Aterini channeled over 25 years of expertise into a brand rooted in Italian craftsmanship. From its rural Montespertoli base, Gold Note manufactures every component in-house, blending Renaissance-inspired innovation with Tuscan tradition to pursue uncompromised sound.
The brand excels in a vertically integrated lineup spanning analogue and digital domains, including acclaimed turntables, amplifiers, DACs, preamplifiers, phono stages, and loudspeakers. Signature products like the B-5 tonearm persist across models, while electronics emphasize clean circuitry, robust power supplies, and functional Italian design. This complete system approach allows audiophiles to assemble full Gold Note chains, delivering their hallmark "Italian Sound"—full-bodied, dynamic, and spatially precise.
Positioned firmly in the high-end market, Gold Note commands respect among experts and enthusiasts for reliability, sonic excellence, and relentless R&D. Sold in over 40 countries, it stands as Italy's leading high-end manufacturer, offering boutique quality without exorbitant pricing through optimized production. For discerning buyers seeking emotional musicality, Gold Note delivers addictive, tradition-honoring performance.
