This is a seller's market for premium podcast/streaming gear right now, and €500 for a Rodecaster Pro II in excellent condition with original cover is genuinely fair to slightly soft. Used units typically command €480–€620 EUR depending on condition and completeness; you're looking at the lower-middle band here, which suggests either motivated selling or a keen price. The Pro II remains the standard for serious streamers and podcasters—it's not a category where units flood the used market, so availability matters as much as price.
Before committing, confirm the unit powers on and all four channels route audio cleanly; the mixing faders are the wear point on these machines. Verify the USB connection is solid and that the software license transfers (Rode's activation system can be finicky). Check that all original cables come with it—the Pro II ships with specific connectors, and sourcing replacements adds real cost.
