Fair ask, leaning decent value. A$600 for an excellent-condition Q650c looks close to the sensible used market in AUD; this is a well-made centre, but it’s not so cheap that I’d call it a steal. New pricing in Australia sits much higher, and a clean used sample at A$600 is the sort of number that makes sense if you want to buy once and move on.
What makes it worth buying is the core KEF recipe: the Uni-Q driver gives very even dialogue clarity and a broad, coherent front stage, which is exactly what you want from a centre.
