retro-thermionic Calibre 834 tube Phono Preamplifier This is a MM phono kit (with RIAA) and a clone of the EAR834p and very respected tube phono stage. It has all high-end parts on a two layer cct. brd. Fine silver plated hookup wire in the audio path and WBT silver based solder used. The PS is external in two parts, a 24V 1A wall wart and double Pi filtering network. Tube compliment is Tung-Sol 12AU7W and two Linlai 12AU7 gold pin tubes. An earth terminal is provided.The phono stage is dead quiet and sounds excellent in my system. 12AX7 tubes can be used for greater gain. Postage is included
