Against your own comparables, €395 is well above the €252 75th percentile, so this lands as ambitious rather than fair, even before considering that the package includes speakers and a CD player.
That said, Onkyo AV receivers can be very solid everyday performers: clean amplification, straightforward setup, and enough inputs to make a compact living-room system useful. If the receiver is in top health and the Heco speakers are a good match, the bundle has real convenience value, but at this level I’d want confirmation of exact model numbers, remote, and proof that all channels and inputs work cleanly.
