If this is the AU-D707F/Extra-era amp, the timing matters because it’s a late-’70s/early-’80s Sansui generation and these are now bought as legacy classics, not current-value sleepers. At A$1,599, this looks fair to slightly firm rather than a bargain: I’m seeing a used asking around A$1,550 for one example, so this listing is basically in the same neighborhood, with “excellent” condition doing some of the work here.
