This is a buyer’s market if you’re after a vintage AV receiver, and €150 for an RFT SR 3930 in excellent condition looks fair to slightly attractive rather than a steal. For a lesser-known German-era receiver, that’s in the sensible zone: not bargain-basement, but not ambitious either, especially if it’s complete and fully working.
What makes it worthwhile is the appeal of a solid, characterful older receiver with the sort of build and tuning stability that collectors of vintage European gear tend to appreciate. If the seller can confirm all inputs, clean controls, and stable channel operation, it’s a nice low-risk pick. I’d only get cautious if photos are sparse or the unit hasn’t been serviced, since age-related pot noise and relay/contact issues are the main things to check.
