This is a bargain if the listing is genuinely for a TH900: kr 450 is far below the typical used level for a flagship Fostex closed-back that originally sold around the equivalent of kr 20,000, and even a heavily used example would usually sit many times higher than this. At that price, you are squarely in too cheap to be normal territory, so the value is excellent if the model ID and condition are real.
The TH900 is well-liked for its punchy, spacious, high-resolution sound, strong bass texture, and very easy driveability, so it can be a fun, high-end closed-back for both casual and serious listening. The upside is obvious if it’s intact: these are premium headphones with strong cachet, and a clean set with the stand, cable, and original pads would be a serious score.
