This is a classic direct-drive deck and the asking price is above the usual used market, but not wildly so. At €425, it sits well over the €201 median and also above the €705 75th percentile? No — it’s below that upper quartile, so this reads as ambitious rather than a bargain, especially for a “good” condition listing without extras clearly stated.
That said, the 1210 MK2 is a benchmark for a reason: rock-solid speed stability, superb longevity, and huge parts/support availability. If the arm, pitch control, start/stop, and strobe are all healthy, it’s still a very worthwhile buy for a serious listener or DJ. I’d want to confirm dustcover, headshell, and a clean service history at this level, because those details matter when the price is already premium.
