With the model unspecified, it’s hard to justify the number purely on market value.
That said, AudioQuest interconnects are generally well regarded for solid build and clean signal transfer, so the buy only really makes sense if this is a genuinely premium variant, complete with original packaging, and in truly excellent cosmetic condition.
