Against your own AUD comp set, this sits above the 75th percentile: A$1,399 versus a median of A$1,247 and a 75th percentile of A$1,299, so it reads ambitious rather than fair. It is not wildly off, but it is priced at a clear premium to the recent used market you provided, so I would only move on it if the condition, provenance, and included accessories are especially strong.
That said, the B200 is a well-regarded, no-nonsense power amp with a reputation for very clean, neutral drive and plenty of real-world grunt for sensitive or moderately difficult speakers. In like_new condition, the upside is mainly reduced buyer risk and less depreciation pain than a rougher example, but at this price I’d want evidence of careful ownership and a complete package before calling it a snap buy.
