Comes with power supply and RCA cable. Works great, some small cosmetic blemishes from regular use. Comes with the Penn Elcom rack mount kit so it can be mounted nicely in a rack. Just a heads up though the Penn Elcom rack is much deeper than it needs to be but I found it handy for routing cables! I was using the to stream my vinyl player to my Sonos Arc and Sub but no longer need it!
