The €1,999 asking price sits comfortably near the median of €1,781 for used KBL Sound RPD-6 MK3 units, making it a fair and realistic market value rather than a bargain or an ambitious overreach. Given the 25th percentile of €1,421 and 75th of €2,270, this listing reflects solid pricing for a high-end power distributor in good condition, aligning well with recent comparable EUR sales.
This is a worthwhile buy because the RPD-6 MK3 is highly regarded for its precise outlet plating (rhodium or gold), robust Schuko design, and effective noise suppression, delivering clean power to sensitive audio gear. The inclusion of the original wooden base and boxes adds meaningful value, and an original-owner unit in good condition at a fair price represents a genuine buying opportunity for enthusiasts seeking top-tier power distribution without paying new retail.
