Timing matters here because this is a late-1970s Rotel analog piece, long past the point where condition and completeness matter more than model novelty. At €300, the ask is a touch strong for a vintage equalizer unless it’s been recently serviced, because comparable recent sales cluster a bit lower in Europe, with Japanese auction results around the equivalent of roughly €160–€190 and some EU used asks sitting closer to the €175–€195 range.
That said, it’s a respected part of Rotel’s Series 2000 era: solid build, useful tuning flexibility, and a nice match for a vintage Rotel stack if you like the look and want a period-correct piece. “Excellent” condition and included cables/accessories are meaningful here, since older accessories can be annoying to source, and a clean, complete unit is always the one to buy. I’d call it a good purchase if the photos support the condition and it powers up cleanly, but not an outright bargain at this price.
