It is also comfortably above the 25th percentile US$1,107, so I wouldn’t call it a soft-price steal; the seller is clearly reaching for the stronger part of the used market, but not outside it.
That said, this is a well-regarded floorstander for buyers who want scale, easy musicality, and that refined ProAc balance: open mids, convincing imaging, and bass that is meant to sound natural rather than overblown. If the cabinets are clean, the drivers are original, and the pair is complete, the upside is a speaker that should be very satisfying long term. At this price, I’d want to see honest condition photos and confirmation that everything is factory-original.
