The timing doesn’t really change the read here: this is a later-generation Triton, and the replacement/refresh context matters more than age alone. At €4,250, it sits well above the recent used benchmark of €1,506 median and €1,670 at the 75th percentile, so this is clearly ambitious, not a fair-market ask.
That said, Triton Two+ is a respected full-range speaker: big scale, easy bass reach, and a presentation that can sound far larger than the cabinet suggests. If the pair is genuinely sealed/new old stock with untouched drivers, original packing, and verified provenance, there is some upside in condition and scarcity. Even so, at this price I’d want exceptional completeness and proof it’s truly unused; otherwise, the ask is far ahead of where a sensible used buy should land.
