It’s a buyer’s market for this category, and €250 is clearly ambitious versus the recent used pool: with a median of €160 and a 75th percentile of €289, this lands above typical pricing but not wildly out of line for a clean example. That makes it more of a “paying for condition” listing than a bargain, so the real question is whether the extra €90–€150 over a normal buy buys you peace of mind.
This is still a well-regarded speaker for easy, room-filling sound with strong bass for its size and simple whole-home streaming use. In excellent condition, a tidy unit can be worth stretching for if you want one now and prefer a nicer cosmetic example, but there’s less reason to chase it if you’re price-sensitive. At this level, I’d want confirmation that it powers up properly, the drivers are clean, and the seller can show a solid functional demo.
