Er hat ein schönen Antlitz, ein Woodcase und eine grüne Beleuchtung.
Dieser Receiver ist über 30 Jahre alt läuft und klingt hervorragend. Dennoch. man muß innen einige Lampen austauschen damit die Skalenbeleuchtung wieder durchgängig leuchtet und einige Regler Schalter und Knöpfe reinigen.
Das neue EU-Recht schreibt vor, dass nun auch Privatverkäufer eine Garantie
von einem Jahr und Umtauschrecht auf alle Produkte geben müssen - es sei
denn, dass sie dies ausdrücklich ausschließen, was ich hiermit tue. Ich
übernehme keine Garantie bzw. Gewährleistung. Ferner sind Sie als Käufer
damit einverstanden, keinen Gebrauch vom neuen Garantiegesetz zu machen.
Mit Ihrer Willenserklärung bestätigen Sie diesen hiermit rechtsgültigen
Zusatzvertrag. Ich bitte dies zu beachten. Der Umtausch und eine Rücknahme
sind ebenfalls ausgeschlossen. Außerdem möchte ich darauf hinweißen, dass
ich das Versandrisiko mit der Abgabe beim Paketdienst auf den Käufer
übertrage. Wer damit nicht einverstanden ist, kann die Ware bei mir abholen.
