Seller's Description

Our Thoughts RADAR AI

Should you see €690 as a fair price for this excellent-condition Nubert nuPro AS-3500? Based on the ground truth from your listings database, the median is €677, with the 75th percentile at €686; since €690 sits just slightly above the 75th percentile, it is a fair but not ambitious price, reflecting the unit’s premium condition and German engineering. This is not a bargain, but it is a honest market value for a well-maintained active three-way sounddeck.

This Nubert is well-regarded for its robust Class D amplification delivering 240 watts, active three-way design with dual tweeters, midranges, and subwoofers, and versatile connectivity including HDMI, Bluetooth aptX HD, and optical/coaxial inputs. Its original-owner condition, clean listing, and inclusion of the magnetic textile front cover make it a worthwhile buy for enthusiasts seeking high-fidelity sound without the clutter of a traditional stereo system. At a fair price like this, it’s a genuine buying opportunity, not a warning.

Independent perspective — not a price guarantee. Always verify condition, accessories and provenance before purchase.

About Nubert

Nubert electronic GmbH traces its roots to a garage in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany, where Günther Nubert began crafting loudspeakers to his exacting standards in the early 1970s. On January 10, 1975, he formally founded the company, marking the birth of a brand synonymous with honest, uncolored audio reproduction. What started as a passion project quickly evolved into a nationwide phenomenon, fueled by word-of-mouth praise and the debut of iconic models like the 388, 471, 551, and the distinctive omnidirectional nuPyramide. Still under Günther Nubert's leadership as owner and chief developer, the company has maintained family-run independence for over 50 years.

Nubert's product lineup centers on loudspeakers, from passive floorstanders and bookshelves in series like Numero to active systems and powerful soundbars that punch above their weight in home theater performance. Since introducing its first in-house amplifier in 2005, the brand has expanded into integrated electronics, emphasizing neutral signal fidelity across music and film playback. While not venturing into turntables, DACs, headphones, or cables, Nubert prioritizes direct-sales models that deliver high-value engineering without retail markups.

Renowned as a pioneer of Germany's direct-to-consumer hi-fi model since 1995—which drove 40% annual growth amid a shrinking market—Nubert occupies a solid mid-to-high-tier position. Selling around 15,000 pairs yearly at its peak, it appeals to discerning buyers seeking robust, made-in-Germany performance over flashy aesthetics, earning a loyal following for transparent sound that lets source material shine unaltered.
